서비스 이용약관

An English version of these Terms of Service is provided below. / 아래에 영문본이 제공됩니다.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 공구패밀리(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 튜브플로우(TubeFlow, 이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 권리, 의무, 책임 사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

각 기능의 일일/월 사용 한도는 요금제에 따라 달라지며, 회사 홈페이지에 명시된 한도가 적용됩니다.

본 서비스는 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. 이용자는 본 서비스를 이용함으로써 YouTube 이용약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)의 적용을 받는 데 동의합니다.

제4조 (회원가입)

  1. 만 14세 이상의 Google 계정 보유자가 가입할 수 있습니다.
  2. 본인의 정확한 정보를 제공해야 합니다.
  3. 다음의 경우 가입을 거절하거나 자격을 박탈할 수 있습니다.
    • 타인의 정보로 가입한 경우
    • 본 약관을 위반한 경우
    • 서비스 운영에 지장을 초래한 경우

제5조 (요금제 및 결제)

  1. 요금제 (월 정기 결제, 부가세 포함):
    • 베이직: 19,900원
    • 그로스: 29,900원
    • 프로: 39,900원
  2. 결제는 토스페이먼츠를 통해 처리됩니다.
  3. 첫 가입 시 3일간 무료 체험이 제공되며, 종료 후 자동으로 정기 결제가 시작됩니다.
  4. 회원은 언제든 정기 결제를 해지할 수 있으며, 다음 결제일부터 중단됩니다.

제6조 (환불)

  1. 7일 청약철회: 결제 후 7일 이내에는 사유 불문하고 전액 환불해 드립니다. 서비스를 일부 이용하셨더라도 환불 가능합니다.
  2. 만족하지 못한 경우: 7일이 지났더라도 서비스에 만족하지 못하셨거나 본 서비스로 인해 불편을 겪으신 경우, 회사 재량으로 잔여 기간에 대한 환불을 적극 검토합니다.
  3. 회사 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 중단: 사용하지 못한 기간에 비례하여 환불해 드립니다.
  4. 자동 결제 갱신 후 환불: 정기 결제 갱신 직후 사용 의사가 없으신 경우, 갱신일로부터 7일 이내에 요청 시 전액 환불해 드립니다.
  5. 환불 신청: koreabitman@gmail.com으로 요청해 주시면 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리해 드립니다.

제7조 (사용 제한)

  1. 회원은 본인 소유 YouTube 채널의 영상에만 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
  2. 요금제별 일일/월 사용 한도가 적용되며, 한도 초과 시 다음 일/월에 초기화됩니다.
  3. 다음 행위는 금지됩니다.
    • 타인의 YouTube 채널에 본 서비스를 사용하는 행위
    • API 한도 우회 시도 등 시스템 악용 행위
    • 자동화 도구로 서비스를 비정상적으로 호출하는 행위
    • 서비스를 통한 스팸, 사기, 명예훼손 등 불법 행위
  4. 위반 시 사전 통보 없이 이용을 제한할 수 있으며, 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제8조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)

  1. 회사는 서비스 개선을 위해 일부 기능을 변경할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 사전 공지합니다.
  2. 다음의 경우 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
    • 시스템 점검, 보수
    • 천재지변, 정전, 통신 장애
    • YouTube/Google 정책 변경 등 외부 요인
  3. 외부 요인으로 인한 일시 중단은 회사의 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제9조 (면책)

  1. YouTube/Google 정책 변경, API 장애로 인한 서비스 제한에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  2. AI가 생성한 콘텐츠의 적절성에 대한 최종 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
  3. 회원의 채널 운영 결과(조회수, 수익 등)는 회사가 보장하지 않습니다.

제10조 (분쟁 해결)

  1. 본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
  2. 분쟁 발생 시 회사 소재지의 관할 법원을 합의 관할로 합니다.

Terms of Service

This is the English translation of the Korean Terms of Service above. In the event of any conflict, the Korean version shall prevail.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities regarding the use of TubeFlow ("the Service"), operated by Gongbu Family ("the Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (Service Content)

  1. AI automatic comment replies
  2. AI video title recommendations
  3. Automatic translation into 17 languages (titles/descriptions)
  4. Automatic timestamp generation
  5. Shorts clip recommendations

The daily/monthly usage limit for each feature varies by plan, and the limits stated on the Company's website apply.

This Service uses YouTube API Services. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

  1. Google account holders aged 14 or older may register.
  2. You must provide your own accurate information.
  3. Registration may be refused or membership revoked in the following cases:
    • Registering with another person's information
    • Violating these Terms
    • Interfering with the operation of the Service

Article 5 (Plans and Payment)

  1. Plans (monthly recurring payment, VAT included):
    • Basic: KRW 19,900
    • Growth: KRW 29,900
    • Pro: KRW 39,900
  2. Payments are processed through Toss Payments.
  3. A 3-day free trial is provided upon first registration, after which recurring payment begins automatically.
  4. Members may cancel the recurring payment at any time, and it will stop from the next billing date.

Article 6 (Refunds)

  1. 7-day withdrawal of subscription: Within 7 days of payment, we will provide a full refund regardless of reason. Refunds are available even if you have used part of the Service.
  2. Dissatisfaction: Even after 7 days, if you are dissatisfied with the Service or have experienced inconvenience due to it, the Company will actively consider a refund for the remaining period at its discretion.
  3. Service interruption attributable to the Company: We will provide a refund in proportion to the period during which the Service could not be used.
  4. Refund after automatic renewal: If you have no intention of using the Service immediately after a recurring renewal, we will provide a full refund upon request within 7 days of the renewal date.
  5. Requesting a refund: Please contact koreabitman@gmail.com, and we will process it within 3 business days.

Article 7 (Usage Restrictions)

  1. Members may use the Service only on videos of YouTube channels they own.
  2. Daily/monthly usage limits apply by plan, and reset the following day/month when exceeded.
  3. The following actions are prohibited:
    • Using the Service on another person's YouTube channel
    • Abusing the system, such as attempting to bypass API limits
    • Abnormally calling the Service using automation tools
    • Illegal acts through the Service, such as spam, fraud, or defamation
  4. In case of violation, use may be restricted without prior notice, and refunds may be limited.

Article 8 (Service Changes and Suspension)

  1. The Company may change certain features to improve the Service and will give advance notice of significant changes.
  2. The Service may be temporarily suspended in the following cases:
    • System maintenance and repairs
    • Natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures
    • External factors such as changes to YouTube/Google policies
  3. The Company is not liable for temporary suspensions caused by external factors.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. We are not liable for service limitations due to changes in YouTube/Google policies or API failures.
  2. Final responsibility for the appropriateness of AI-generated content lies with the Member.
  3. The Company does not guarantee the results of a Member's channel operation (views, revenue, etc.).

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable law.
  2. In the event of a dispute, the competent court for the Company's location shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
