공구패밀리(이하 "회사")는 튜브플로우(TubeFlow) 서비스 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

YouTube API Services 이용 안내

• 튜브플로우(TubeFlow)는 YouTube API Services를 사용하여 서비스를 제공합니다.
• 본 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 YouTube 이용약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) 및 Google 개인정보처리방침(http://www.google.com/policies/privacy)의 적용을 받는 데 동의합니다.
• 이용자는 Google 보안 설정 페이지(https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=ko)에서 언제든지 튜브플로우의 계정 접근 권한을 확인하고 철회할 수 있습니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

• Google 계정 정보: 이메일, 이름, 프로필 사진 (OAuth 로그인 시)
• YouTube 데이터: 본인 소유 채널의 ID, 영상 정보, 댓글 (서비스 제공 목적)
• 결제 정보: 토스페이먼츠 결제 시 카드 빌링키 (실제 카드번호는 저장하지 않음)
• 서비스 이용 기록: 기능 사용 내역, 접속 시각, 사용량

2. 수집 목적

• YouTube 자동화 서비스 제공 (AI 댓글 답글, 제목 추천, 다국어 번역, 타임스탬프, 숏츠 추천)
• 본인 채널 소유권 검증 (다른 채널 무단 조작 방지)
• 요금제별 사용 한도 관리
• 결제 처리 및 정기 구독 갱신
• 고객 문의 응대 및 분쟁 해결

개인정보의 이용·처리 및 공유

• 회사는 수집한 정보를 위 '2. 수집 목적'에 명시된 목적으로만 이용·처리합니다.
• YouTube 데이터는 이용자가 요청한 자동화 작업(댓글 답글, 번역, 제목 추천 등)을 수행하기 위해서만 처리되며, 그 결과는 이용자 본인의 YouTube 채널에만 반영됩니다.
• 회사는 '4. 처리위탁'에 명시된 수탁사 외의 제3자에게 개인정보를 판매·공유하지 않으며, 법령에 따른 적법한 요청이 있는 경우에만 예외적으로 제공합니다.

3. 보관 기간

• 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 파기 (관련 법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 경우 그 기간 동안 유지)
• 결제 기록: 전자상거래법에 따라 5년간 보관
• 서비스 이용 기록: 1년간 보관 후 파기

4. 처리위탁

법령에 따른 요청이 없는 한 제3자에게 개인정보를 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

• 본인의 개인정보 열람, 수정, 삭제 요청 가능
• 개인정보 처리 정지 요청 가능
• 회원 탈퇴 시 모든 개인정보 즉시 파기
• 데이터 삭제를 원하시면 계정에서 회원 탈퇴하시거나 koreabitman@gmail.com으로 요청해 주시면, 저장된 모든 개인정보 및 YouTube 데이터를 즉시 파기합니다.

6. 보안 조치

• 비밀번호 미저장 (Google OAuth 위탁 인증)
• 데이터베이스 암호화 (Supabase 기본 암호화 적용)
• HTTPS 전송 구간 암호화

쿠키 및 기기 저장 기술

튜브플로우는 로그인 세션 유지 및 서비스 제공을 위해 쿠키 및 유사 기술(로컬 저장소 등)을 이용자의 브라우저·기기에 저장하거나 접근할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 로그인 등 일부 기능 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

7. 이용 연령

본 서비스는 만 14세 이상부터 이용 가능합니다.

This is the English translation of the Korean Privacy Policy above. In the event of any conflict, the Korean version shall prevail.

Gongbu Family ("the Company") processes the personal information of users of the TubeFlow service as described below.

YouTube API Services Notice

• TubeFlow uses YouTube API Services to provide its features.
• By using this Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
• You may review and revoke TubeFlow's access to your account at any time via the Google security settings page (https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en).

1. Personal Information We Collect

• Google account information: email, name, and profile photo (upon OAuth login)
• YouTube data: the channel ID, video information, and comments of channels you own (for service provision)
• Payment information: the card billing key issued at the time of Toss Payments payment (actual card numbers are not stored)
• Service usage records: feature usage history, access times, and usage volume

2. Purpose of Collection

• Providing YouTube automation services (AI comment replies, title recommendations, multilingual translation, timestamps, Shorts recommendations)
• Verifying ownership of your own channel (to prevent unauthorized manipulation of other channels)
• Managing usage limits by plan
• Processing payments and renewing recurring subscriptions
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving disputes

Use, Processing, and Sharing of Personal Information

• The Company uses and processes collected information only for the purposes stated in "2. Purpose of Collection" above.
• YouTube data is processed solely to perform the automation tasks you request (comment replies, translation, title recommendations, etc.), and the results are applied only to your own YouTube channel.
• The Company does not sell or share personal information with any third party other than the processors listed in "4. Entrustment of Processing," and provides it only in exceptional cases upon a lawful request under applicable law.

3. Retention Period

• Destroyed immediately upon account withdrawal (retained for the required period where retention is mandated by applicable law)
• Payment records: retained for 5 years in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
• Service usage records: retained for 1 year and then destroyed

4. Entrustment of Processing

We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties unless required by law.

5. Users' Rights

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
• You may request suspension of the processing of your personal information
• All personal information is destroyed immediately upon account withdrawal
• If you wish to delete your data, you may withdraw your account or contact koreabitman@gmail.com, and we will immediately destroy all stored personal information and YouTube data.

• Passwords are not stored (authentication is entrusted to Google OAuth)
• Database encryption (Supabase default encryption is applied)
• Encryption of data in transit via HTTPS

Cookies and Device Storage

TubeFlow may store or access cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on your browser or device to maintain login sessions and provide the Service. You may refuse the storage of cookies through your browser settings, but some features such as login may be limited as a result.
